The Strength of Starfield: The Details

Starfield: The Devil is in the Details

One of the greatest strengths of Starfield is that the game is focused on giving the most innovative and immersive experience possible. This is why this game isn’t simply just another space game but something more. While other space games are simply content enough to just let the game let explore space, Starfield is doing something that most games do not do; it is removing all the impediments to being an explorer of Constellation in this game. This is one of the reasons that the game really resonates with me and why I continue playing it and enjoying it. It is more than a video game, but it is really an experience that transcends the medium and allows for a variety of spectrums of people to enjoy it.

One of the aspects of that experience that really makes the game shine is its attention to detail.

In so many games that I have played, there is distinct lack of care given to the ordinary objects in the game and people are always taking screenshots, trying to make fun of the muddy textures and carelessness of the developers. However, in Starfield, it is clear that the developers knew what they were doing. They have given us something that is truly special, especially when it comes to building a living breathing virtual world that is filled with the possibilities of exploration and the elevation of mankind.

This is why I love this game.

There is something truly remarkable about a game that has paper on the walls of an advanced starship with a list of ingredients. That is a miracle of modern graphics and computing power. While it is not the leaps that we saw in the 1990s, it is clear that Bethesda has gotten better at using graphics to tell a story.

This is the inside of the Explorer Ship that you get in the beginning of the game. Notice how the ship has this modular feel to it and that it is also feels lived in as well. This is one of the greatest aspects of this game. It reminds me greatly of the Star Wars movies and how the people who were intimately involved with this movie made sure that it was a living and breathing environment. Unlike other science fiction movies, this one would be lived in, and people would actually be seen interacting with it.

The detail in this game is truly awe-inspiring. I highly recommend that people give this game another chance simply because of the detail in here.
